We created Live Leads© Limited because we believe that the traditional marketing model is at best absurd and at worst counter-productive.
By the traditional marketing model we mean the process that organisations go through to find out as much information as they possibly can about their existing and prospective customers by building up huge databases of information which they are constantly adding to, refining, segmenting, and sorting in the vain belief that this will allow them to 'understand' their customers!
The idea that if you do enough analysis of a million prospects you might find, say 200 people who, if you put a compelling enough offer in front of them on a Wednesday morning will buy a washing machine is - we think - completely unsustainable.
It's particularly absurd in an age when the internet allows you to identify the 200 people who wake up on Wednesday morning who put their hands up and say 'I want to buy a washing machine today'.
And that's what Live Leads© does. We identify the people who put their hands up (prospects rather than suspects) and say 'I want to buy a car or a fridge or a bulldozer or pair of trousers or a hip replacement' and we send them to suppliers who can fulfil their desire. Because these people have all taken to positive action to identify themselves and their desire to us we call them 'Live Leads' (hence the name of our company) and they are the core of our business. We provide Live Leads to around 200 major companies who are selling on the internet and in many cases are the major or a major source of internet based sales for them.
And because we know that Live Leads are buyers we can structure our remuneration as a percentage of successful sales or actions completed - true performance marketing.
